These terms govern use of the BalloFuse website and game services provided by BalloFuse. The Apple Standard EULA governs the licence for the iOS application, alongside Apple’s applicable store terms. On Android, the applicable Google Play terms also apply to store use. Subject to these terms, the developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the Android game on compatible devices for non-commercial use.
1. Using BalloFuse
Use BalloFuse for lawful, personal entertainment and comply with the applicable store usage rules. If you are not legally able to accept these terms, involve your parent or legal guardian. Mandatory rights in your country remain protected.
2. Fair play and ownership
The game, artwork, characters, code and branding are protected by intellectual-property rights. Access does not transfer ownership. Do not redistribute the game or its assets, exploit bugs for fraudulent rewards, manipulate ad completion or leaderboard results, disrupt services or bypass security. Rights permitted by applicable law are not restricted by this clause.
Festival Points and cosmetics are in-game benefits. They are not money, have no cash-redemption value and are not transferable outside the supported game features.
3. Interstitial and rewarded ads
The game may show interstitial ads between eligible game sessions and optional rewarded offers through AdMob Mediation. An advertised reward is granted after the required ad completion is confirmed. Availability depends on the network, region, privacy choices and connection; a reward cannot be promised when the ad is unavailable or completion cannot be verified.
Rewarded ads are optional. The game shows the offered benefit before you choose to watch. Closing an ad early or a failed verification may prevent that reward from being granted.
4. AdMob Mediation and external content
AdMob Mediation can select ads from participating advertising networks. Ad content and external destinations are provided by those advertisers and services; an ad is not an endorsement by BalloFuse. Review the relevant provider’s terms and privacy information before interacting with an external destination. The Android version does not offer in-app purchases. Any iOS purchase offer must be shown in the app with its price and scope before you confirm it through Apple; these terms do not promise that a purchase offer is available. Applicable store rules and mandatory consumer rights govern any transaction.
5. Progress and connected features
Progress is stored locally in the current version. Removing the app, clearing its storage or losing access to the device can lose progress and earned cosmetics. Apple Game Center and Google Play Games scores and achievements are separate from local progress; they do not restore your Festival Points or cosmetics.
Ads, Game Center and Google Play Games depend on third-party services and internet access. Availability can vary. We may update or discontinue features for technical, legal or operational reasons, with notice and remedies where required.
6. Responsibility and service changes
We take reasonable care in providing BalloFuse but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or caused by your misuse. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where protected, injury or other liability that cannot legally be limited.
Apple is not the provider of the developer’s support obligations. App licence, warranty and platform-specific rights are governed by Apple’s Standard EULA. These website and service terms do not replace it.
7. Contact, disputes and updates
Contact the publisher about game or website issues. You retain the right to use consumer dispute-resolution bodies and courts available under applicable law; these terms do not impose a waiver of those rights or mandatory private arbitration.
The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be notified where legally required. Continued use is subject to changes only to the extent applicable law permits.
