Categories, purposes and legal grounds
IP address, request time, requested resource, browser information and technical errors may be processed to provide and protect the website. Language preference is used solely to show your selected language. Necessary security processing relies on the controller’s legitimate interest under Article 5(2)(f), provided it does not harm fundamental rights and freedoms.
Contact information, message content and necessary request-verification data are processed to handle support and data-subject requests. Applicable grounds are Article 5(2)(c) for processing directly necessary to a contract, Article 5(2)(ç) for legal obligations, and Article 5(2)(e) for establishing, exercising or protecting a right. Where none of these or another lawful exception applies, explicit consent is required before processing. A notice is not a request for consent.
Recipients and transfers
Necessary website or correspondence information may be shared with hosting and communication providers for service delivery, authorised advisers for legal claims, and competent public authorities when legally required, subject to Articles 8 and 9.
