Scope and controller
This policy covers vaventra.com.tr and its contact forms. Mustafa ÇAKICI is the data controller. The separate data practices of mobile apps, games and external web platforms are described in their product-specific policies.
Information we process
The contact form collects your name, email address, selected product and topic, and message. We use these to record, review and respond to your request. Proportionate identity verification may be necessary for privacy requests. Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, request times and technical errors to deliver the site and prevent abuse.
Cookies and local resources
When you select a language, the vaventra_locale cookie remembers your choice for up to 180 days. A session cookie and CSRF protection are used for form security and administrator sessions. Visitors do not need to register. This website has no visitor analytics, advertising trackers or remotely loaded fonts. Fonts and icons are served from our own server. You can remove cookies in your browser; this may affect features such as form security.
Purposes, legal grounds and recipients
Support and requested services rely on Article 5(2)(c) of Turkish Law No. 6698 insofar as directly necessary for a contract; data-subject requests and legal obligations on Article 5(2)(ç); legal claims on Article 5(2)(e); and website security on Article 5(2)(f), subject to a balance with your fundamental rights. Any processing requiring consent is assessed separately; this notice is not a consent form. Necessary information may be shared with hosting and communication providers and, where legally required, competent authorities. Correspondence through Gmail also involves Google services. An appropriate Article 9 transfer condition must be established before an international transfer; this policy does not itself authorise a transfer.
Retention and deletion
Support records are processed while a request is open. Closed support records are deleted by scheduled cleanup two years after their last update. Any records separately required for a legal obligation or continuing dispute are limited to that purpose and period. Technical infrastructure records are limited by security needs and the hosting service configuration.
Your rights and contact
You may request information, access, correction and, where applicable, deletion of your data. See the Data Protection Notice for rights under Article 11. Updates
Changes to our processing practices are reflected in a new policy version. Material changes are also communicated where required.
