Categories, purposes and collection
Identity information (name), contact information (email) and request content (product, topic and message) are collected electronically through the form or email to manage and answer requests. IP addresses, request times and technical errors are collected automatically for security and service continuity. Language preferences are processed to display the selected language.
Legal grounds
Support directly related to a contract relies on Article 5(2)(c); statutory requests and obligations on Article 5(2)(ç); establishing, exercising or protecting rights on Article 5(2)(e); and site security on Article 5(2)(f), without harming fundamental rights and freedoms. Where consent is required, it is requested separately. Reading this notice does not constitute consent.
Recipients and transfers
Recipients may include hosting and communication providers as necessary, authorised advisers for legal claims, and public authorities where legally required. Articles 8 and 9 apply to transfers. International services such as Gmail require a separately assessed, appropriate international transfer mechanism.
Rights and applications
Article 11 provides rights to learn whether your data is processed, obtain information, learn purposes and whether use matches them, learn recipients, request correction and where applicable erasure or destruction, request notification of these actions to recipients, object to adverse results arising exclusively from automated analysis, and seek compensation for unlawful processing.
