BalloFuse has no separate developer account to close. Information may be stored on your device, by Apple, by Google or by advertising services, so deletion depends on where it is stored.
Local game progress
To remove the game’s local data on iPhone or iPad, open Settings → General → iPhone/iPad Storage → BalloFuse → Delete App. Offload App keeps documents and data and is not the same as deleting. Deletion may permanently remove local scores, settings, Festival Points and earned cosmetics. The current version does not provide an app-managed cloud restore.
On Android, open Settings → Apps → BalloFuse → Storage (or Storage & cache) → Clear storage/data. Menu names vary by device. Clearing cache alone does not erase your save. Clearing storage may permanently remove local scores, settings, Festival Points and cosmetics.
Independent device backups may still contain an older copy; manage them through Apple or Google’s backup settings where applicable. There is no app-managed cloud restore. Do not delete your app or clear storage merely to fix an ad issue before considering the effect on your progress.
Game Center / Google Play Games
Deleting the app does not automatically erase Apple Game Center records. Manage your Apple account and privacy requests through Apple’s controls. Game Center records are separate from the progress stored on your device.
On Android, use Google Play Games settings or Google’s Play Games profile controls to delete the Play Games data for BalloFuse. This can remove provider-held achievements and scores; it does not clear the game’s local storage. Deleting local app data does not automatically erase platform records.
Advertising privacy
Open the game’s privacy options to review available advertising consent choices. You can also use Google’s privacy controls for data it manages. Withdrawing consent does not automatically erase records that must be retained for another lawful reason.
Website and correspondence
Clear this site’s cookies in your browser to remove the saved language preference. If you have contacted the publisher, you may request deletion of associated correspondence or identifiable operational records through the privacy contact below. We may retain information where a legal obligation or claim requires it and will explain any applicable limitation.
