This policy explains how BalloFuse handles information in the BalloFuse game for iOS and Android and on this website. It also explains the roles of Apple, Google and advertising service providers.
1. Your game, on your device
BalloFuse does not require a separate developer account. Scores, settings, daily progress, Festival Points, cosmetic ownership and game preferences are stored locally. The current version does not upload this save to a BalloFuse server or provide an app-managed cloud backup. Removing the app can remove this progress.
The game does not ask for your contacts, camera, microphone or precise device location. App-owned diagnostic messages are local; the current release does not send a separate developer analytics or crash-reporting feed. Advertising SDK processing is described below.
2. Interstitial and rewarded advertising
BalloFuse uses Google AdMob Mediation for interstitial ads and optional rewarded ads. Mediation allows participating advertising networks to serve ads through AdMob. Depending on the SDK, consent and service configuration, Google and the advertising partners identified in its privacy choices may process IP addresses and approximate location derived from them, app or device identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, product interactions, and crash or performance information. These support ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and service reliability.
Google’s User Messaging Platform presents privacy choices where required. You can revisit available choices through the game’s privacy options. Refusing or withdrawing optional consent does not prevent basic play; ad availability and rewards may differ. The current app does not request Apple’s tracking permission or access IDFA through an ATT request. This does not mean that advertising services process no data.
The game integrates Google AdMob and mediation partners Unity Ads, Liftoff Monetize (Vungle), Meta Audience Network and AppLovin. Which partner serves an ad depends on platform, region, consent and mediation configuration. These partners may collect, use and share data for advertising and measurement as described in their privacy policies, including personalised advertising where permitted by your choices. Their privacy information is linked below.
3. Platform services and notifications
If you use Apple Game Center on iOS or Google Play Games on Android, the relevant provider handles your player identity, profile, leaderboard scores and achievements under its own terms. BalloFuse does not maintain a separate server copy of your platform profile. These services do not provide a backup of your local BalloFuse progress.
Local notifications, if allowed, are scheduled on the device; there is no BalloFuse push-notification server. The game is supported by ads. On iOS, Apple’s store services may check product availability and existing purchase entitlements, processing product identifiers and transaction or entitlement status. Apple manages store account and payment records; BalloFuse does not collect payment-card details. The Android version does not provide in-app purchasing.
4. This website and support
This product page is part of the Vaventra website. Page requests, the contact form, session cookies and language preferences are described in the Vaventra Privacy Policy. The vaventra_locale preference cookie lasts up to 180 days. Session and CSRF cookies protect the contact form.
This website uses no advertising tags, visitor analytics or remotely loaded fonts. The name, email address and message you submit are processed to handle and respond to your request. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents.
5. Purposes, legal grounds and sharing
Where applicable, providing the game and responding to your requests relies on performance of a contract or steps requested by you; necessary security and abuse prevention rely on legitimate interests balanced against your rights; legally required records rely on legal obligations. Optional processing that requires consent takes place on the basis of that consent. Turkish-law details for website and support processing appear in the separate Data Protection Notice.
We do not operate a business selling your personal information. Service providers may receive information needed for hosting, communication, ads or Apple and Google platform features. Records may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims. Apple and Google operate internationally, so processing may occur outside your country. Applicable transfer requirements and safeguards must be satisfied; each provider describes its arrangements in its privacy information.
6. Retention and security
Local progress remains on your device until removed or overwritten. The language cookie expires after 180 days unless you choose a language again. Support correspondence and operational records are kept only for the purpose for which they were collected, including handling the request, investigating security incidents and meeting mandatory retention or legal-claim requirements, then deleted or anonymised. Provider-controlled records follow Apple’s and Google’s retention rules.
We use reasonable technical and organisational protections and limit access to information needed for the stated purposes. No storage or transmission system can promise absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the relevant data-protection authority. Requests may require proportionate identity verification; information kept only on your device cannot be searched in a developer database.
Use the Your Data page for local-save, Game Center, Google Play Games, advertising and website-cookie instructions. Apple and Google provide their own controls for information they independently manage.
8. Children and policy updates
BalloFuse is not directed specifically to children. Follow the store age rating and the rules applicable in your region; a parent or guardian should supervise use where required. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal contact information. If you believe a child’s information has been handled unlawfully, contact the developer so the matter can be addressed.
We will update this page when practices change and revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated where required, and new consent will be requested when necessary.
