Information on your device
Notification preferences, dhikr counts, zakat inputs, reading progress and downloaded content are stored on your device. Remove them through the relevant app settings or your operating system’s app-data controls. This can permanently remove progress. Manage location and notification permissions in device settings.
Server records and correspondence
If we hold support correspondence or records that can be associated with you, request deletion at [email protected] or through the support form. Regional aggregate statistics that cannot be associated with an identity cannot be separated for one user. Legal obligations and proportionate request verification still apply.
